4 DAYS SAFARI LAKE NAKURU & ABERDARES NATIONAL PARK
Day 1 Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park
Pick up from the airport or at your hotel in Nairobi and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru situated in the heart of the Rift Valley, is a world heritage site and is one of Kenya’s most famous alkaline lakes.The major feature in this park is its prolific bird life and it is known for over 450 species of birds. It is a sanctuary for the black and white rhino and hosts one of the largest black rhino concentrations in this country. Arrive at the lodge and after check-in proceed to have lunch. Later in the afternoon go on a game drive till dusk. Return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Nakuru to Aberdares National Park
After breakfast, check out of the lodge and depart for The Aberdares. This is a beautiful mountain range in thecentral highlands north of Kenya’s capital city Nairobi with an average of 11,480 ft. Stop over at Nyahururu town to view the Thompson Falls.Situated at 7,750 feet above the sea level, this is a scenic water fall of 243 feet. After the brief stopover to view the falls and take a few pictures, continue with drive to the Aberdare Country Club. After check in enjoy a hot buffet lunch.
The Aberdare Country Club is on a 1,300 acre wildlife sanctuary. It is a haven of unhurried charm set in garden bursting with a profusion of color, and with peacocks living within the lush green lawns. Walking through this unspoiled terrain is paradise. Play tennis, watched by a family of warthogs, or just relax by the pool within the beautiful gardens. There are optional other activities e.g. nature walk, horse riding, etc.
Dinner & Overnight at Lodge.
Day 3 Aberdares National Park
Breakfast at the club followed by optional activity of morning game drives in Aberdare National Park.
Later return to the club for leisure. Lunch at the club. After lunch, depart to The Ark in lodge vehicle. The Ark is located at 1800 meters above sea level on the Aberdare Ranges, situated in the heart of the Aberdare National Park, It is iconic and overlooks a floodlit waterhole and salt lick, which attracts a host of awesome wildlife. The Ark is comprised of four decks from which numerous balconies and lounges provide a superb location for wildlife to be seen.

Day 4 Aberdares to Nairobi
After breakfast, check out of lodge. Leave the park with a game drive en route back to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon. End of Safari… Kwaheri!
